Maple Sriracha Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 ea salmon fillets, boned and skinned
- 1/4 C maple Balsamic vinegar
- 3 T maple syrup
- 1 T Sriracha
Instructions
- Simmer the vinegar until reduced by one-third. Let cool slightly, then stir in the maple syrup and
Srirach to form a glaze.
- Fry or roast the salmon until almost done. Coat the salmon with the glaze and continue cooking until
done.
- Plate the salmon, dress with more glaze, and serve.
