Maple Sriracha Salmon

Instructions

  1. Simmer the vinegar until reduced by one-third. Let cool slightly, then stir in the maple syrup and Srirach to form a glaze.
  2. Fry or roast the salmon until almost done. Coat the salmon with the glaze and continue cooking until done.
  3. Plate the salmon, dress with more glaze, and serve.
